It is probably going to be the only time in my life that I will ever be able to afford Michelin Star food. I had not sort out the stall but stumbled across it on a hunter-gather dinner mission at the China Town Complex. It was basic chicken and rice but it was amazing. I have no idea what they boiled that chicken in, but it was life changing and it only cost $2. I guess perfection is what you get when spend 35 years cooking your dish.
